The Process

This is how we plan on helping our friends:

  1. We are creating a 'catalog' of all of the items with as good of photography as we can muster.*
  2. We will photograph the good and not-so good points of every item.
  3. We will err on the side of more is better for the number of photographs of each item so you, the prospective buyer, can make the best possible determination as to its value to you.
  4. We will group these items into 'like with like' Lots.
  5. We will open up each Lot for bids.  We may use eBay as a vehicle for 'hosting' certain lot sales and bids.
  6. We welcome questions.  In fact, we encourage them as the more questions you have before any auction ends the less likely you'll have any remorse afterwards.  So, PLEASE - ask as many questions as possible.
  7. In most instances - MANY of you will be MUCH more expert on these items that ourselves.  PLEASE be patient.  We are doing this to help friends.
  8. Payment is due within 48 hours on completion of the auction and payable by Paypal, Credit Card, Cash or Certified funds.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
  9. The seller (we are only assisting them) makes every effort to represent the items as clearly and accurately as possible.  But the Buyer must make their own determinations to the accuracy and authenticity as the Seller is elderly.
  10. EVERY effort will be made to be sure you are getting the most accurate description of each item.
  11. All bids are binding.
  12. All sales are sold "As is"
  13. Unless an item can fit inside USPS Priority Mail 'it fits, it ships' boxes (Small, Medium or Large) the Buyer is responsible for picking up the item within 1 week of purchase UNLESS express written agreement stipulates otherwise.
  14. If an item can fit inside USPS Priority Mail packaging (Small, Medium or Large) we will package it, and ship it at your expense.
  15. For more information on Priority Mail go to WWW.USPS.com
  16. We HIGHLY encourage you to Insure these shipments.

    * We are using a Nikon D3200 with multiple lens (depending on the needs of the item and need for ultra close-ups), tripod and professional lighting.

    # We have access to insurance that is more affordable than USPS through Auctiva.
